It came out of my head, Scafell Pike being the highest mountain in England.
 
2 excellent Lakes shots Dave. Loughrigg area is always lovely. Great long distance shot across the bay.
 
Week 38 : Electrical

Classic Electric Loco E3137 (86259) 'Les Ross' (originally 'Peter Pan' passing Morecambe South Junction this morning en route to pick up a steam loco at Carnforth.

Built in 1965 in Doncaster.

I like the perspective being square on and the leading lines in the hillside.

That's a nice picture it almost looks like a model, I also like lines in the field too. As HelenC says your link only takes me to the picture and not the thread.

Yes - built as electric back in 1965
 
I like the blue sandwiched between the green under the bridge and the green in the field.
You've focussed well on the cables to leave no doubt it is an electric outfit.

Really like this shot Dave, the moody skies contrasting with the colours of the boats make for an interesting image.
 
Nicely composed and very atmospheric. A bit of lateral thinking fits the bill very well.

Wow that's a fabulous shot! I thought it was more 'going down' than 'looking down' but from the fishies perspective you're right :ROFLMAO:

The colours with the vibrant turquoise stripe are wonderful.
