Very sharp photo from that distant Dave, plenty of shadows around to fill the tech bucket as well. B&W suits it.

Really nice shot Dave. Where does your quote "Look up to the roof of England", come from?
Thanks DaveLovely B&W Dave and nice tech, brings back memories of our walking holidays many years ago.
2 excellent Lakes shots Dave. Loughrigg area is always lovely. Great long distance shot across the bay.
I like the perspective being square on and the leading lines in the hillside.
BTW your link in the main thread only takes you to the picture.
That's a nice picture it almost looks like a model, I also like lines in the field too. As HelenC says your link only takes me to the picture and not the thread.
Was it an electrical loco in its previous incarnation?
The electrical system on the railway always provides interesting geometric patterns.
I like the blue sandwiched between the green under the bridge and the green in the field.
You've focussed well on the cables to leave no doubt it is an electric outfit.
Loving the colours and well timed! Perfect for the theme.
TaGreat subject matter.
ThanksLovely atmospheric shot.
Really like this shot Dave, the moody skies contrasting with the colours of the boats make for an interesting image.
Thanks HelenNicely composed and very atmospheric. A bit of lateral thinking fits the bill very well.
Ta PeterExcellent detailed shot Dave.
Good thinking for the theme.
Thanks SimonLovely shot Dave. Moody and atmospheric.
Cheers DonalLove the photo - love the song.
Thanks KellThat's a lovely shot Dave.
Not sure I would have got it without your help, but there's no faulting the image itself.

Splendid.
Wow that's a fabulous shot! I thought it was more 'going down' than 'looking down' but from the fishies perspective you're right
The colours with the vibrant turquoise stripe are wonderful.
