No
I know there is a huge back log, and I have different orders through different suppliers, but has anyone received any recently. If so when did you place your order?
I have an order going back to November and I know other folk with similar delays.
When enquiring you get the standard answer of 4-6 weeks. I think they mean months!

I believe my Big Stopper has just been dispatched today, ordered from WEX early Feb.

Having watched that video (posted on here) about Lee Filters, it's no wonder the delivery times are so long. A bit of investment in production wouldn't hurt.

Really fancy getting some Lee filters later this year but I'm wondering if I should order now due to the massive back log. Hmmmm

I saw that video too.

As I wasn't in a rush, their reputation of being the best and that they are handmade in the UK I was quite happy to wait - and I am normally a 'next day delivery' kinda guy

If you want them later in the year....I'd just order and wait. WEX don't take the cash until despatch - and I was emailed to inform me it was instock.

Personally, I find the horrendous delays quite a useful argument in persuading me NOT to part with considerable wonga.

I'm after a set of Lee filters, just got to decide exactly what I want first. What's the concencus on the DSLR starter kit?

Obviously a holder, and adaptor ring for lens thread (I went for the wide version). I have an ND grad 0.6 soft, but I think I would have been better going for the 0.9. The Lee grads seem a bit different in strength to the Hitech in my opinion.
Whatever you decide on, get your order in now and you might get it for christmas:lol:

I've got a Big Stopper on order.

The rest of my Lee stuff I picked up at Focus - I didn't specifically go for them, but there was stock, so I grabbed them and didn't let go. Knowing about the long waits for Lee stuff, and the stall having prices pretty much the same as places with long waits I thought "screw it" and went for it, and not looked back since.

I have been thinking about adding a set of hards to my collection, but I don't think they would get much use.

Just think how much cash they could make if they could make more... I've always been put off by there lead times. My grads are from hitech and are very pleased with.
