Regarding placement, I have a monopod I rarely use so I screw the camera onto it, bury the end in a pre made hole and tie if to
the hedge, which gives a good view.
If I want a lower view, a large spring water bottle filled with something heavy, strap the camera to it and hide it in the shrubs/flowers etc. gives a lovely low view
Just be aware, it gets addictive![]()
Thanks Ingrid, fortunately I have a number of apple trees and some fence posts to experiment with.
My original desire was to fed the fox as I know there is a pair and they had cubs last year, I thought I heard noises of young cubs a couple of days ago. I'm going to need to be more careful about where I put the food if the badger is a regular visitor ... more careful about where I put my step too with the damage he's doing!
