Outlook 2010 crashing after November 10th Updates?

If so you need to uninstall update KB3097877, which has broken a lot of Outlooks. All appears well until you try to open some emails, at which point Outlook crashes.

Control Panel - Uninstall a program, then on the left of the screen "View installed updates"

Find the update, click on it and select Uninstall. Follow instructions and restart the machine.

Also be better to hide the update or it will just install with next updates.

I believe an update that fixes the issue has today been rolled out to some machines, seems to have caused major problems.

KB3097877 does not appear to be available from windows update any longer. at least my machine hasn't tried to download.

ms are pretty on the ball these days with bad updates.
