Any peeps had experience trackside? Can you use a motorized micro scooter in the outfield to get to various points of the track>

You would be better of walking. The crowds for the touring cars are huge.
You can get close to the circuit in several location and getting some good images should be reasonably straight forward.

Not touring cars, it is a duathalon and need to get back to finish area several times to swap cards for printing. Have a scooter in the shed and just wondered if it was worthwhile taking it.............

Yes I've seen a few of these buzzing around, I would say though you need to be very mindful there are lots of people walking about and children can be playing.

You can use it on the infield no problem, you can cross the track (could last year) over to the outside at old hall, but if you want to go down to the avenue / shell corner, then you've a bridge to walk over.

They've re-installed the footbridge at the start finish line now too. Oulton is easy to get around
