Having just got Lightroom, can someone lend a hand on the best way to go about organising my all of my photos?

A good folder structure and use keywording...

Get a lightroom book. Its all covered along with all the other questions you'll soon have

I have Martin Evenings book which is fine for me. Some prefer Scott Kelbys one.
