At first glance it looks very interesting. Some may not know that old and very old OS Maps are available to view free online via the National Library of Scotland, which cover England, Scotland and Wales. It would be feasible to view the photographs in the link above and cross reference the location to the appropriate period OS map.

I did not know that, thanks for the link. Off to have a nose. :)

I didn't know that either and I am very grateful to you for the information and link, Harvey. I've got a small collection of old local maps that I inherited from my Grandfather but the ones available in the link go back much further. Looking forward to exploring the local area in times gone by.

Just been viewing some photos, on Timepix. But there was Timepix.uk, all over the photos. Ruined the viewing experience for me.

I did not see your original thread. I very rarely go into the Out Focus Thread. :)

I wouldn't want to TP to be any smaller but I know it is very easy to miss something.

Thanks Dave, I did not see your original thread. I very rarely go into the Out Focus Thread.

Same for me, it's all too easy to miss some of the threads, I don't have any cause to go to some areas of the site.

No, me neither.

As I say, very rarely venture into OOF now. The very rare times that I go in there, I want to reply to something. But, it is inevitable what usually happens. I could not be doing with all that stress. :)

Hehe, just sit back, relax and open the popcorn:)

Dave
Don't need the excitement, already got too much on the go. Trying figuring out, what Pat Phelan's next move is going to be. ;)
