Orange broadband email problems

Does anyone use orange for their emails. The orange homepage works fine but when I try to log onto my emails it keeps telling me Internet explorer cannot display the webpage. I'm also getting the same problem when ever I try logging onto my Bank's webpage. Any ideas. I've been getting this since yesterday. Other sites working fine.
My wife has just signed into her orange email page with no problems
 
Have you changed anything within IE in the last few days?

cookies, privacy etc?
 
No nothing changed. I've tried restoring to earlier dates but nothing is working. I've tried accessing on another computer and get the same response, nothing!!! :(
 
I can get my list of contacts to display so it knows I've logged in. it just won't display my inbox or allow me to send an email to any of the contacts.
 
sounds like it's time to send a mail to the support desk.

Did your wife sign into her email page ok on your computer?
 
Not recommended but you could try disabling your firewall a couple of mins to check that that is not blocking you. Remember to turn it back on again.
 
Tried turning off firewall but still no joy.

Sounds like a username/password problem, as digitalfailure said tech support, email or phone call needed.
 
I managed to log onto my emails at work this morning no problem other than almost 1000 emails of spam. Bank website worked ok too. Got my Son to unplug router for 10 mins then plug back in and everything is now working fine again.
Very freaky!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:cuckoo:
