This looks pretty simple but it actually involved quite a lot of editing! Was originally going for a mother nature kind of thing...didn't work out as strongly as I had planned but I'm pleased with it all the same :)

Just to let you all know, I am going away until Monday, so I won't be able to upload any more photos until then! I am going to Sheffield to see my best friend Sarah, and also back home as it is mine and my boyfriend's 2 year anniversary :D So I will be pretty busy, but I can't wait. This also means that my 365 is not my main priority for a short while...so apologies in advance if there are some rubbish photos haha. :lol:

107 and 109 are my recent favourites.

The overexposed, ghostly ones are really well done. I'm very impressed.

So today was the first day that I arrived in Sheffield to see my best friend. Didn't really have a lot of spare time so this was a fairly quick shot. I know this is pretty rubbish but I had decided that my 365 wasn't going to be a main priority during my stay.

Well, today was mine and my boyfriend's 2 year anniversary so I was back home seeing him. :) This was taken earlier on in the day on Beverley Westwood whilst taking my dog for a walk. This tree was really difficult to get up on to! (Okay, it wasn't actually that difficult, I'm just a bit short haha).

I like the idea of this, but I think my execution of it is pretty poor. When I'm back home for the summer I'm going to come here again and redo this shot in a proper outfit and plan everything out better. Or even better, get a model to do it.

"Time is precious"

This is a cute little pocket watch that my boyfriend got me, so it deserved to be used in a photo! I know it's another black and white but it looks so much better like this than in colour.


Right, well I have another 3 to upload (including today's), then I will be back on track!!

My idea for this was to put across the idea of being vulnerable/hurt. Just a quick shoot today as I was starving and also desperately wanted to play on The Sims which I have recently acquired off my boyfriend haha!

LOvely Shots Bri...just had a catch up....114 and 115 stand out for me. 115 looks like an advertising campaign....really really good.....

Love the feeling of 114..really gritty and conveys a lot.

I don't know how your coming up with all these ideas but well done for getting this far. Not long till your a 3rd through!

Hmm I didn't actually think of doing it in black and white, may have a mess around with it. And thanks, I rather like 118 too :)

I thought that about 115 as well :) Glad you like them. I can't believe I'm also a third through, it's gone really quickly!!

I am very pleased with this, although it didn't go exactly to plan due to a lot of things. I wanted some kind of blue or white outfit to go with the makeup but I didn't have any, so had to make do with using bright red instead (but I think it still works, I think haha). Then I didn't really have a lot of space to work with and I would have quite liked a full body shot which I could have done but the background wasn't really right. Then afterwards I spent an absolute AGE trying to get that blue eyeliner off my face! It is worse than any permanent marker or anything I have ever come across. My face was really red after scrubbing at it for ages!

However, I'm happy with how the shot came out :) and there are two more in the comments on my Flickr if you fancy a look!

really like 120. looking at flickr, i think the first alternative shot is the best (probably) but i love your eyes in the second, it is such a strong image! i cannot really decide...

bottom line is that these are a really strong set of sp's...
 
120 is great - love it - the lighting is really appealing, as is this crispness of the photo.

Firstly, the reason that I decided to rotate this was because I thought it looks so much better due to my body position, and it draws more attention to my eyes. I liked it how it was, but I liked it better rotated. Secondly, this took me SO long to edit! A couple of hours probably. The white board behind me wasn't really that big unfortunately, so quite a bit of editing was involved there. All the light is natural as well :)

Goodness knows how I managed to struggle through this shoot with a banging headache and awful hangover haha!
