Took this at about 7:30 this morning before I went to London for the day. Didn't have much time to do my photos at all, and I only got back home just over an hour ago so I was pretty tired and hungry. Soooo this one will just have to do, as I am going to bed shortly. Got a hectic day tomorrow!

what was the london trip?

I'm in the process of organising one for the uni photography society

Well I'm on an Art & Design Foundation course so it wasn't specifically to do with photography. We went to the V&A museum, and then we got to wander round and go wherever we wanted for the rest of the day basically. So I went to the National History museum as well. Hyde Park is pretty near there too although I didn't go.

we're doing VnA then maybe a bit of Hyde park and there's a fashion photography exhibition I want to see. Also going to the TP all night meet :D:D

++++++++++++

Gahhh not much free time today. Got up at 6:50, took photos, spent 3 hours in the library, did more work, had Interactive Media (waste of time), did more work, went to the library again, did more work....and now I am kind of having a break. Although saying that, I have written myself a list of things I need to do today and I still have an awful lot of work to do. Guess I better get on with it...

really nice sp today. it has a 1930's mystery novel cover art feel to it, like an agatha christie book cover. nice...

Nice to see an amusing shot in #39. It's a departure from your more moody/atmospheric shots and it works well and provides an interesting change.

More shots of you looking happy please :)

(That said - I am enjoying teis thread, just not commenting as often as I should!)

Ian.

Thanks :)
Haha I will try! I am actually happy, I just don't seem to get any good photos of me looking happy that I like!

just wanted to say what a great thread Briony - I'm really enjoying your pics and think you are very brave to do a 365, and braver still to do SPs! :)

the ones which really stand out for me are 33/365 because of the really beautiful lighting and the first one of you in the snow - a really fabulous composition, and I'm looking forward to seeing more.

Did you have a lamb chop on your head for #42? :D

Been out of touch with the world for the past week! :D Great shots, my fav are 39, 40 and 42. Great stuff. Good on the camera. ;)

Thanks all :)
And Maria - Thank you very much, I'm really glad you are enjoying my photos. Although I think daft would be a better word instead of brave! It's very hard work!

I've been home for the weekend so when I get back to my flat tonight I shall post up the photos from the last three days :)

Oh I have failed already. I didn't take a photo on Friday. This is one from the previous day which I am having to use.

I had such a busy day at Uni, then when I finished I had to come back to my flat, grab my bags and go straight to the train station. After a 3 1/2 hour journey I arrived back home and any thoughts of doing a shot for my 365 just went completely out of the window. I woke up the next morning and realised I'd forgotten....I'm so annoyed, but I guess it was bound to happen at some point.

I shall try my best not to do it again!

Still need to upload a photo for today, will post that later/tomorrow...

42 is great! I really like 44 as well....love the colours!

Don't worry about missing one, it is for you at the end of the day no-one else. So no-one here is going to critise for you missing a day. All us 365'ers know how difficult it can be! You are doing such a good job!

nice shots from the weekend...i missed a day a while back, chucked in an old shot of strawberries, it got tons of attention on facebook and flickr. its my project, my rules ;)

nice lighting in both 44 and 45...

its my project, my rules
^^ Loving that! lol

No worries briony... Really loving 44, absolutely brilliant, fantastic soft light, and the whole monochrome feel to it. Fantastic composition as always. =)

Keep up the ace work! :D

briony its hard enough doing a 'normal' 365, at least we can snap something random when needed - a SP one takes some doing IMO!.. dont worry about missing, am sure you'll still have 365 fabulous images by the end of it :)

love 44 by the way.. fabulous composition and lighting from the blinds..

woo hoo.. you look very pleased in your photo.. good to hear, what a lovely shot today!

wow, day 36 already...time flies!

lovely shot there...

Well I was going to wait until I had decided which one I like best to post up here, but what the hell :)

I took quite a few shots this morning (with my remote, wahoo!) but I really couldn't decide which I liked best. I can't decide between these two photos.

There are a couple more in the comments on Flickr

I really like them both, and I think I prefer the second one but I have so many window type shots that I feel it is a bit samey....

Gahhhh I don't know. I will decide shortly which one will be today's shot!

Okay I have decided - the second one is today's 365 shot :)
And none of you will change my mind on this because you didn't reply in time and I have already decided :p

lol, you didn't ask for votes...if you had i would have gone for the first one, love the lighting and your expression...

might be 'another' window shot but my vote would have gone for the second.. :)

Thanks Michelle :)

A couple more in the comments on my Flickr

I feel so queasy after taking these shots. I took so many to begin with, they looked good on my camera screen, I uploaded them only to find they were a bit out of focus. I swear I had got the focus right when setting up but obviously not! It was really annoying, as there were quite a few images in that set that I liked. Had another go after lunch and managed to get the focus how I wanted it, but now I feel kind of sick after throwing my head about so much. It was worth it though (I think!) :)
