Anyone using one of these. I want a double harness and i think even though the Black Rapid is lovely i believe the Optech offers better value at its price.Any decent reviews of the optech and where to buy as i see Warehouse Express, Camera King and a few others have them.

I have both the Dual harness and Pro-strap, very happy with both.

The Pro-strap was a step up in comfort from the standard camera strap, the Dual harness another step up from that.

I usually use it with just one body, rather than dual, but if I'm out for more than half and hour or so I will almost always grab the dual harness, it makes such a big difference, comfort wise, switching the weight from neck to shoulders.

Another handy feature (If like me, you will wander off with a large backpack full of kit) is that you can wear the dual harness under a backpack - so if you need to take the pack off you don't need to take a neck strap off first and find a place to put the camera down.

I ended up buying the Optech dual harness. Ordered from Camera King on Thurs night and it was delivered to my door by the postman on Sat morning. First impressions are very good, nice strong harness and the shoulder padding is a perfect fit around my shoulders, loads of adjustment in the harness.I havent had a chace to use it as yet but will do at the end of the week and that will tell me i it is as good as it looks.

Sorry I missed this first time around but, like Faldrax I use both the pro strap and the dual harness, both great, well made pieces of kit. I shot a rally with the dual harness on, 3 hours with it on, a 1Ds, 24-105 and Sunpak flash on one side, a 1D2, 70-200 F4IS and 430exII on the other, both weighty old setups and didn't get at all tired or fatigued from wearing it. I'm looking forward to using it at Le Mans in the same way in June.

This is a great harness at an affordable price. It is also light weight for traveling.

Wish I'd seen this earlier, I've got a dual harness sitting in a bag in the loft, not much use to me now I've only got one body, but you never know perhaps I'll invest in another body one day. I'd like to congratulate Mark from Scarborough for carrying all that kit for 3 hours, he must be as fit as a butchers dog
