Hi everyone
Already been posting on here for a day or so. Forgot to say hello.
Been taking photos (wouldn't have called myself a photographer all those years ago) since about 1976 or thereabouts.
A friends Mum brought a load of B&W developing kit home from a jumble sale and armed with my friends Dads Ilford Sportsman and roll of FP4 we started off on a lovely journey that still enthralls both of us to this day.
My friend now publishes Flyer magazine (general aviation) and does quite a lot of the photography as well.
First camera was a Zenit EM, then a Canon AE-1 and then a T90 which lasted in use until 2006 when above mentioned friend gave me an Eos D60. This whetted my appetite enough to see a Eos 40D come to the fold on December last year.
Photography is mainly things (as opposed to people) and motor sports (when I get a pass out).
Major ambition now is to do some low level photography in the Welsh mountains or the Lake District. Check out some of the photos on this website Lowfly.net
All the pictures on my Flickr page are pretty recent.
