Open Camera Raw from Photo Mechanic 5

Hi - as part of my sports (pitch side) workflow I like to use Camera Raw (rather than LR) for my image editing ... trouble is I can't find a way to get images to open up in Camera Raw from Photo Mechanic without going through Bridge to begin with ... I've been on twitter conversation with Scott Kelby as his "My Sports Photography Workflow" seems to suggest he does exactly this and in fact he replied and said drag and drop the images onto my Photoshop (CC) icon in the toolbar (Mac) and they should open in Camera Raw - nope.

Anyone manage to find out / know the secret sauce to make this work?

On top of this another irritation I have with Photo Mechanic is when I label with a colour code to help me narrow down images they get appended with additional key wording - as set by the program. I cannot for the life of me work out how to remove this ..... and it does not seem to take no entry in the field ...

If you have any queries about Photo Mechanic, pop along to their support forum. The people on there are extremely helpful and it's highly likely you'll get a very fast reply from the app's developers (one of the developers, Kirk, seems to never take time off from the forum!).

I got there in the end - the thing that was confusing me was that I needed to select Photoshop as the editor .. then it actually opens CR as the front end ... all sorted now I think
