my cursor in photoshop elements 6 dos,nt change when i click a tool, it just stays on the hand tool. any one know what ive clicked that i should,nt have? :shrug:
 
Is your spacebar being pressed down?
 
was i actually leaning on my space bar oh dear THANK YOU :lol: :thumbs:
 
Happened to me earlier today on CS4 and pressing Ctrl & Alt together cleared it.
