no wind ups totally true , I will get pics if I get a chance . My little town is currently going through a 18 week program of water mains renewal .bad enough as it's a industrialised area , but the council have in there wisdom decided to place a large sign outside the council offices announcing it .
It's there bolted to posts large as can be for all drivers to read as they sit stuck in the traffic jams , only one slight problem ,it's facing the wrong way in a one way street .i will try to link to the video of it in the morning .
