I was wondering if anyone here either is awaiting delivery of something ordered from this EBay trader, or has already taken delivery of something ordered since the 6th October?

My order is probably wrapped up in the postal strike backlogs but it would be helpful for me to get a sense of whether I'm alone on a long wait or not.

I've ordered a couple of phottix batteries from this seller and I do recall the order taking some two weeks to arrive and that was before the postal strike. Drop them an email. They respond quite quickly.
 
I've used these guys 2 or 3 times before and always had good sevice. Delivery around 10 days or so, IIRC.

Quick update @ 14/11/09: vendor prevaricating, blaming UK postal strikes, HK post tracking system identifies my purchase as having left HK in mid-October, RM tracking identifies that the item will only be trackable once signed for (doh......).
In view of the vendor's responses to date I've moved to claim on paypal. Vendor now tells me that though they should wait 3 months before issuing a replacement, they will do so next week.
Frankly I'm taking each day as it comes. I don't doubt the vendor, I've just been unlucky that my purchase has been lost/seriously delayed in transit. I do however dislike their approach which throughout has been along the lines of "give it another week".

Final update:

Having taken them into Paypal Claim, the vendor eventually agree to send out a replacement.

I received my battery grip on 20/11/09. Whether it is the original one or the replacement I have yet to establish.
 
Had major problems with etefore a year or two ago, they didn't have the filter I paid for in stock so eventually refunded my money, then a short while later left me negative feedback saying it was now in stock and I should pay up (the only neg I've ever received) and opened a dispute demanding I pay them for it. Took weeks to get eBay to sort it out, they (eBay) offered to cancel the feedback but I said no because I didn't want etefore to just get away with it.

Tip, keep every email you get from etefore complete with headers, if they let you down and you have to go to eBay you'll need them as evidence.
 
had no problems with them if i remember right about 8 days for my spare battery to come :thumbs:
 
My delivery time was around 16 days seems to vary with this seller.
