Edit My Images
Yes
I have a stringent list of wans as im trying to get an online gallery for my website.

All I want is to post up a picture,in a catagory so like

Photography >
--- Landscape
--- Portfolio
--- Architecture

Digital Creations >
--- Fractal Flame
--- Digital Landscapes
--- Other

Have a list of images and then when someone opens them, they have an image description, and if possible the Exif Tags from the photo, and thats it.

It's pretty simply, but im not good enough to code my own.
I've tried coppermine, but it seems over complicated for my needs.

I'd be greatful for any suggestions

(Try to imagine how you view an image on say deviantart, but without the users being able to make comments)

Cheers!

I agree JAlbum is great...you can show all the exif if you want for each shot if that is your thing..... and lots of other things you can configure.

 from me.

not highjacking honest

Janice when you use JAlbum do you retain your orginal file structure and let JAlbum insert the new folders or do you copy your pics somewhere else, just wondering because the xmp files from LR will be there as well?
Thanks Chris

dont know if it helps, but I make another folder on my desktop and use it as the source for jalbum and inside the source folder I make another folder and make it the destination for the j album output, I also use a modified skin (modified using frontpage), and then link it from my website, all of the thumbnails are linked to a scaled image inside the j album folder, but j album determines the file structure as dictated by the particular skin.

check it, you have to click on the camera on my homepage to see the jalbum page.
