online colour challenge

11 for me on an uncalibrated Dell lappy.

Would there be that much of an improvement for the cost of getting calibration gear?

As has already been suggested earlier, calibration won't change your eyesight so it won't change your score.

23 for me on an iMac in the uni library. Rather bored at 04:31 am :P

I know it's already been said, but this has diddle squat to do with monitor calibration.

You should get the same results what ever your monitor is like.

Maybe not so much monitor calibration but surely monitor quality will make a difference? I would suspect a crappy monitor won't show the difference between certain colours as clearly as a top notch spanky monitor and hence make this easy to do? :)
