Fantastic price on a 135mm f2/l lens...no import duty and the lens arrived less than 34 hours after I clicked 'buy' online.

Thats mental fast from Hong Kong; I still don't really understand how they did it.

Can't of had a more pleasant online shopping experience this year.

I'll second that, I've bought three high value Canon lenses in the last month or so from them.

No import duty on any of them (although they guarantee they will refund if charged) and always stupid quick delivery within 48 hours or so.

I've used them in the past as well and always had great service, and prices are very very good as well

Another happy chappy here :)

Only bought from them once a few years ago....but delivery wasn't that quick then....that is shockingly quick! A few companies here in the UK need to take a leaf out of their books! :)

I'll third that folks, three lenses,a teleconverter and a filter ordered wednesday and on the doorstep friday with the nice man from DHL....the same time it takes for me to get a rec del via royal mail from Warrington :)

Saved around half a grand....good times!!

I'd agree with all the good feedback above..........I just bought a teleconverter from them after a recommendation from someone on here.

Competitive pricing and superfast delivery:thumbs:

Just hope you never have to send any of it back, sadly a different story.

I've bought loads of them and like you all say superb service. I had need to send a lens back as it just wouldn't focus accurately. 7 weeks of faffing about, never went to the manufacturer and £38 for a round trip in postage.

They need to use genuine repair centres at least not an odd back street company.

Canon lenses have worldwide warranty though unlike canon bodies. I know stuff like Sigma is different and has to be sent back but for Canon I dont think they can be beaten

My recent experience differs from their generally positive feedback. I bought a Canon BG E6 battery grip from them last week. Paid thru Paypal. A week later after my cash was earning interest in their account my order was still processing. So I contacted them and although I got an immediate response and an immediate refund I was informed that they were out of stock and had no idea when this item would be back in. No doubts the effects of the earthquake. But still a sharp practice not to update their stock availability and to take your cash without notifying you of the true events. Bad show and maybe a taster of what's to come.

 Is there any other Onestop-Digital post/thread that you would like to add this too (apart from one other one)

I find it very odd for the first few posts.
