Onestop Digital. Anyone deal with them before?

Not dealt with them myself but have only heard good things. What item are you referring to?
 
Nobody has ever used them before, the 600 odd threads on the forums here about OSD including one on this very page are a figments of your imagination ;)
 
Bought a Tamron lens off them two weeks ago. Nothing but praise here. Arrived in two days, tracked all the way. Updated emails of order. No extra charges. What more could you want.....apart from a UK warranty :lol:
 
P.S. used them myself before now, very quick delivery and no problems. Do make sure that you can't buy it in the UK for close to the same price though first. Kerso who sells on here can be very competitive and there's no quibble with guarantees since you get a UK receipt.
 
Ordered sekonic meter from them last week, kept me informed re Chinese New Year delay. Posted on 27th Jan received 31st. can't say more than that. Good service.
 
A1 service and buy the Mack warranty as it's globally accepted. I've bought twice from them and they are an excellent company to deal with. Highly recommended and I always cross reference their pricies when looking for new lenses etc as they will price match if you can find a cheaper price.
 
Hi guys. I read here is a good OS to buy stuff. Anybody can tell me more or less if they ship to ireland, and if I am going to buy now, they will ship to my address in dublin and delivery within 4 weeks? i ask just to be sure as i have to leave later for an holiday

Check their website. AFIAK, thy deliver worldwide and usually it'll be about 7-10 days from ordering to delivery, but do buy the Mack warranty as it's globally acceptable because some manufacturers won't honour 'grey imported' goods. bought my last 3 lenses from the they are spot on very quick delivery too:)
 
Have used them a number of times in the past, the only problem I had was a Tamrac bag wasn't in stock when it said it was when I ordered it. By the time the bag had come in the price had risen on the website, but I still got it at the original price. Great service with good communications.
 
can i ask,whats the warranty on there sigma lenses from these guys ??

if something went wrong with it,would sigma fix it in or out of its warranty time ?

When I've asked OSD before about warranty on Sigma - It was a case of it being sent back to OSD for warranty as Sigma UK wont do any warranty work on grey market goods.... That was about 18mths ago so it may have changed since..
 
Used them a few times before and i can say i had no problemd what so ever, i will defo be using them again

FWIW, I bought a Sigma 17-70 from them years ago which turned out to need calibration straight away. They said I'd have to send it back to them and they'd submit it to the local Sigma outlet for servicing on my behalf and refund my postage costs which I thought was decent.

I got a quote from Sigma UK who wanted about £35 to service the lens so asked OSD if it'd be easier for them to just pay me to do this and they agreed.

Basically any Sigma kit you buy from them won't have a valid UK warranty but that's not OSD's fault and they did everything they could to help in my case.
