On a serious note, but I doubt it is in the UK, RM would probably insist on there being a delivery point at the the bottom of the steps.
I have places that are inaccessible and this is what happens, a mud track 2 miles to a local farm is still getting deliveries, great fun
after all the rain need a 4WD.
\Mind you a lift going up and a helter skelter type things come down, now that would be fun
