I used to see a lot of the old Austin Metros back in the day with 560,000 miles and the such on them at 5 years old. It wasn't that Metros could do that sort of mileage, but more that some people didn't realise when clocking their cars prior to trying to trade them in was that the Metro was the first BL car with a 6-digit odometer....:bonk:
