On a lighter note...

I posted a link to a small gallery of photos of my 7 month old daughter taken by Olan Mills a few days ago.

Well my wife sent them off to a modelling agency on the advice of a friend of hers...

They have replied and they have said they would be happy to have Hannah on their books

I'm not sure yet what I think of it, but it's nice to know my offspring is gorgeous to someone else other than me

That is excellent news mate Our kids are always beautiful to us parents, but its doubly great when someone else actually thinks the same too Really pleased for you

Would you care to share how your wife approached the agency etc? Which agency? Do you have to submit more shots of her yourself etc?

Congrats, Now just watch out in case they sting you for it. Apparently some agencies charge you a considerable sum of money to have your hildren on their books in the hope that they may use them in some shoot at some time but that never happens.

The agency is called Bizzykidz and they are based in Kent.

They have a website with an online application form to which you need to add a headshot and a full length photo.

The email they sent is very long and I haven't read it all yet but there is a one off setup payment of £94 and they take 20% commision from any work Hannah gets. All payments are made to Hannah so it's lucky she already has a savings account set up

We aren't sure if we will do anything with it yet, she said she just wanted to know what they thought.

We've been saying for years about getting our daughter on the books of a model agency, and now as she's growing up it's something we can discuss with her.
