If I had the 200-500 lens, I'd just want to sit on the side of a helicopter and pretend it was a mounted gun.

A lens that big just calls for hilarity.

You'd want something with a high FPS so you could have some real fun.

I think the Canon 1200mm lens is the biggest you can buy at the moment, but they are made to order and obviously cost a lot of money. That 5200mm is insane :)
 
Didn't Zeiss make a huge telephoto lens to use with a hassleblad MF not that long ago? I seem to remember it was a special order for a middle eastern client.

The 1200mm has been discontinued for several years, partly because it apparently took at least a year to make 1 as the flourite crystals took that length of time to grow. Only about 20 are known to exist.
