Olympus T32 flash does it work correctly with a Panasonic DMC-L!

Looking around this afternoon I have an Olympus T32 flash and was wondering whether the OM system flashes still work correctly with the newer Olympus systems?

I tried it with my Panasonic DMC-L1 and it works, but seems to be very very powerful!

Luckily the T32 has a tilt function so I can bounce the light off the ceiling otherwise everything would be nice and white!

It works and is safe (low trigger voltage), but it won't do TTL flash - you must use it on manual and use the slider to set the power.
