Olympus OM10 Manual Adapter

Hello, have had my Olympus for around 6 months now and shoot plenty of film with it, all came out fine. But the manual adapter has recently become very stiff to the point where its near impossible to change the shutter speed.

anyone had this problem before?
Can i fix it?
Should i just get a new adapter or camera?

I bought an adaptor from that well known auction site recently for £12.50 delivered. There are plently on there around that price if you need one.

Yeah, had a quick look, seems like the way to go if i cant fix it.

I have no idea if it works but if you are going to chuck it anyway it may be worth a try.
