Yes
Just wondering what people's thoughts are? Currently have a Canon Eos 100D with the following lenses
55-250is
Sigma 17-50
Canon nifty fifty.
And a Canon powershot s120
Now I find taking the 100d out hard work especially when out walking and finding myself using the S120 more.
So looking at the above camera for something more compact for walking and on holiday.
Any thoughts.

I had one for a week, i just couldn't get used to the handling of it.
Not very nice to hold imo but i would feel one yourself, other than that it was a great camera from my short experience. Ive lusted an Em5 mkii for a while with the extra grip!!

I would say no, and I'm a m43 user.

Basically it sounds as though you need something pocketable and m43 isn't really that, yes it's smaller but you still need to think about taking it with you, still need to 'carry' it, still need space for lenses.

Looking at that there really isn't much to justify swapping and buying new lenses.

I think I'm just getting the new gear itch when I don't need to. When on holiday the S120 was faultless as was my 100d, I just found easier to take the s120 rather than my 100d when walking around.
Same when I'm at home I reach for the compact before my DSLR. And it feels like such a waste.

Don't know if I'd just be better with a fancy compact camera? But then when I fancy a bit of aviation photography the compact isn't going to cut it due to small focal length.

In which case you'll want to stick with the DSLR as CAF is useless on the EM10 and pretty much all other mirrorless cameras (EM1 is just about usable, EM1ii much better and some of the brand new Panasonic ones are pretty good but only with Panasonic lenses).

Yeah I probably am better with the dslr then. Need to get a slingshot bag and take it out more
