Olympus OM-D E-M5, E-M1, E-M10 - Mk1, Mk2 & Mk3 Owners Thread

One from yesterday from my session with the Dippers.
Conditions were difficult - dull light meaning high ISO settings. I've done my best in Topaz Photo AI.
This with the OM1, 100-400mm, 400mm, 1/400 @ f6.3, ISO 3200.

the recent drop in used prices is a godsend to buyers not so if your upgrading . will possibly be selling my 100-400 soon as just bought a 300mm f4
 
A couple of shots from a trip earlier in the week to photograph Dippers (my first time).
The river was virtually in flood, so the perches were very limited, and the light was poor.
Both were processed in Topaz Photo AI.
Shot with the OM1 and 100-400mm.

Jeff, see you online,I'm in my wood hide and the rear icd is on all the time is there a way to turn it off please?

Not sure if this helps?

Disable EVF Auto Switch then press Live View button twice. LCD screen off and EVF on.

Then hit Ok button and SCP displays in viewfinder. Use dials and arrows to change settings without diving into menu.

You can virtually shoot and change all SCP settings without displaying SCP on LCD screen.

.... Simply flip/close the screen so it's facing into the camera body. Then when you open it you will see the Live View display whenever you want.

Think fridge light when you close the fridge door :D.

missed that post you sorted now I presume .I always leave screen facing in
 
it turns off automatically when turned in
