I'd love to see Borat lead out the team from Khazakstan.

Pmsl, just been discussing that with the wife lol

Good but bit strange at times, puzzled why the BBC keeps popping up the commentators names?? And how do we watch 24 BBC Olympic channels?

LOL beat you to it Chris #91 :D
So you did :D

Doesn't surprise me, it's easier to be negative.

Not at all, I bet there are loads of things that I like / like doing that you would hate.
Difference of opinions that's all.
Just because they (or I ) don't agree with your view point, doesn't mean that
we / they / I are negative.

What puzzles me is why people in this thread are determined to moan and bitch when they have their own thread to do it in. Shows they just want attention I guess.

Thats why I posted the linky so they could join in the proper one.

If you have sky they're all down in the sports section

You might need to rescan your channels on free view?

See that little red button on your remote? It's actually magic and makes it stop ;)

The red button on my remote opens the news/ interactive menu :-/

;-P

Thought that was really good way better than I expected. I don't understand why the moaners are watching it I hate the x factor etc so I don't watch it it's simple really.

Good to see Daniel Craig keeping in character, but I have to say I have seen better Bond girls

I hope the North Koreans have been given the correct flag. Otherwise it'll take all night.

I can't wait for the eurovision song contest after watching this tripe ........ Perhaps it'll give me the will to live.... :-)

I like the addition of planting the flags although I'm curious to see if north & south Korea get into a fight over who gets to be higher up the hill.

I absolutely does mean they are negative if they have a thread created for the negatives and yet still come into this one. Why would you do that if it wasn't purely to bait?

Which was something I thought was trying to be stamped out here. I'm with Neil some of the posts in this thread have been out of order

Well to be fair the first post was about how poor the ceremony was, so you could argue that those that like it are in the wrong thread....or we could say all opinions welcome as is right in a forum :)

Freedom of speech Joe freedom of speech ;)
Just like you "enjoy" on a regular basis,
in threads where you present a negative (opposite) view

I have posted the linky to the Bah Humbug thread.( And here it is again)

I cannot however, force people
to post there, just because you don't like their point of view.
Freedom of speech ;)

You have to agree there are some that have gone above and beyond in being negative in this thread though?

I'm not sure freedom of speech exists on this forum to be perfectly frank. I love this place regardless, though :D

I think its been a great show, very well staged and well presented.

Bah Humbug to the haters!

I noticed that one of the competitors from China was using a DSLR + lens + hood that certainly 'looked longer' than the 30cm limit...............:naughty:

I will be honest and say that I haven't read every single post in here.
However there are a lot of posts that are RTM'd as so called negative posts in many threads (subjects)
It might interest you to learn that the person that sends the most
RTM's, (in any given thread) is usually the one with the strongest
view point on that subject.

So in all honesty as far as I am concerned, "negativity" is very subjective

That can't be me then I've only rtm'd a use of swearies.

I'm just fed up of the bitching and baiting on here recently. It's always the same old people involved too.

Bah Humbug to the haters!

Not so much haters Matty,
more, just not interested.
As I said before I can't comment on the opening ceremony
as the TV is un plugged and a flight of stairs away ;)
Its exactly the same if it were some football game or other,
I would not be interested in that either. (never have been)
