Old Portrait

I took a snapshot from an old video and gave it some 'treatment'. I am quite pleased with the result!
I had a little help and advice but I am very pleased with my results.

Thankyou. I didn't have a lot of choice really as there were horizontal lines on it because is was from a video. This way all imperfections are hidden!

De-interlace the image to get rid of the horizontal scan lines. Or even de-interlace that section of the video to get the best possible image from it. The effects are over the top and add nothing though in my option, sorry chap .

Im not a fan of these sort of PS textures myself but I do quite like it here.
If it were my image, Id lop a bit off the left hand-side and fudge' (one CT's little sayings) a bit more space on the right for her to look into and stop the subject looking so central.
