I would like to replace the missing finger grip on my FA.

None on our favourite auction site at the moment.

Does anyone know of someone who sells old Nikon parts?

I don't really, but you could try Miles Whitehead. As it happens I sent him a Nikon FA to fix a couple of years ago and it was knackered so I let him keep it for spares. The hand grip was present too. Might still be knocking around in his bits and pieces!

That's a thought, but I'd rather keep it looking "proper"
 
There are two on ebay for spares/repair, one at £10 with 5 days to go and one at £30 buy now/best offer.
Otherwise it's phone around repair shops.

I have the £10 one on my watch list.

The £30 pound one is also missing the finger grip unfortunately.
 
Ah well. Is the finger grip the same as the one on the FG?
It would seem likely.

To be fair if Rocky had one of these you would buy it if you needed it. Worst that could happen is he'd send you a couple of lens caps instead :naughty:.

I needed a bit last summer and went into the real camera company in Manchester and the guy there got this large box out and rummaged around to find what I needed.

When I bought my FA I tried for over six months to find one they are like Hen,s teeth,in the end I bought an MD-15 motor drive,I believe the MD-12 fits as well. May be an option to consider.(y)
 
Try Grays of Westminster.......defo not a cheap option but I quite recently obtained some "rabbits ears" from them for a lens.
Very very helpful and top notch service!
