Old film, where to send?

Depends on how much you want to spend and how likely you will get good quality results. For the most (£30+ per film), but the best chance of good quality then either Process C22 or Film Rescue International would be best (Do not bother with Old Film Processing, I don't know how they sleep at night charging what they do).

However for the age of the film, if you send it off to a good pro lab like Peak Imaging or Club 35 then your highly likely to get a good result for a reasonable price (£10 per film with scans). What sort of film is it as that'll give an idea as to the age of it?

That's a C-41 film, a process that is still used for colour negative film today.

I'd just send it to any pro lab - I wouldn't like to be the person who has to deal with decades of curling though!

Its from about 1982 to 1986 then, you'll probably be able to get an image off it although I would expect some colour shifts etc.

"Consumer" (as opposed to "Professional") films often last well but (as has been said) may suffer colour degradation. Decent scans will probably allow a fair amount of leeway for rescuing (or of course, you can just accept any odd colours as "period effects"!). B&W should also be OK and the extra step should allow enough exposure latitude. Fingers crossed for you.
