Okay, maybe not Apple. Now what?

The new Nexus will be announced on Monday, so price drop of current line-up is bound to happen
 
New iPad after 6 months or whatever it is? Really? Apple... Just LOL.

As for computers... if you LIKE computers, and love messing with them for the joy of it, buy a PC... much more customisable and upgradeable. If you don't like computers, and just want to get stuff done, buy a Mac. Simple as that really. You pay through the nose for what you get though.

Personally, I like the choices offered by building your own PC, and the price performance ration goes through the roof.

I game on my computer too, so Macs are just a no go area for me... ancient and limited GPU choices etc... major pain in the ass to overclock etc... and you can't build your own (not easily... or legally anyway).

And, for that reason you've decided not to get an Apple desktop?

It's a shame you didn't buy an HP tablet. They're never going to be replaced. You'd have been very happy then.

That's just as ridiculous as well! I suppose, so long as people rush to upgrade to the latest things, you can't blame companies for doing this. Ultimately it's our own fault.
