OK to sell Adobe elements once deactivated on my PC?

Getting Lightroom & Photoshop CC so will not need my Photoshop premier & elements 11. Am I right in that once I deactivate on my PC my retail copy can be sold. Anyone done this?

Nope, just deactivate it on your PC and new owner will be free to activate it on theirs
