Hello :wave:

Been 'away' again :(

Late last Thursday afternoon I had to dial my favorite (not) phone number, 999. Geese I'm glad it wasn't urgent! Took 15 minutes for the ambulance to arrive and then two of them turned up at the same time :cuckoo:

Upshot was I ended up in the local coronary care unit and then transfered to the CCU at the Freeman hospital. Thats the big cardio center for the whole north of england. In the end they have done a bit of re-plumbing around me ticker, put in a few extra metal liners. All this thorough me wrist which makes typing this kind of fun.

Now its feet up time till after Christmas, no work for me :woot:

So, lots of time to play with me toys and stuff :nuts: :geek: :bonk:

Sheesh some people will do anything to have a holiday at Christmas. Really though I hope you have a great holiday and a quick mend!

My Dad had a triple bypass a few years back and they knit your ribs back together using what can only be described as small metal coat hangers. Thats exactly what they look like on Xrays.

Unfortunately he doesnt go off to Metal detectors.

Im glad the Ambulance crew got to you in the end and that your well on your way to receover.
