It's not in your list, but may I throw the Nikon P310 into the ring? I have had mine for a few months and it's an excellent little camera.
Full manual (if you want it), tons of options and a f1.8-4.9 lens.
Absolutely brilliant bit of kit.
One point to note (and it's not a negative IMO) is the flash is manual activation only, although the camera works so well in low light I rarely need it, and it's so obvious if you're going to as it'll be dark!
