Ok help; work i'm actually so sick.

if your ill, work is the last place on earth you would want to be, call work, say your going to post your sick note to them.

as long as you have the sick note work do not need to see it prior to gonig from self cert to docs sining you off. but it doesnt hut to send it in.
 
There is a virus doing the rounds at the mo with the symptoms that you describe. Best bet is to get down the docs and they should get you some antibiotics (sigh!). These will soon have you up and fighting again.

For the record my partner and i have both had this and with treatment it cleared in a couple of days.

viruses arn't treatable with antibiotics, they never have been so either you had a bacterial infection or you would have got better anyway.

to the op - you can take 7 days off work with out a note from the doctor. Work do not need to see your note until you return from sick. Call work and be honest with with them, this time of year there is lots of sickness around and it happens. I was sick last Jan just after starting my new job (i was still on induction) they were fine about it. :) hope you get better soon.
 
:lol:I was at deaths door this week and it was man flu but at a much larger scale but i managed work and got my xmas bonus in the bag so I will go sick next week for two days .... errr m,t,w,t,f someone choose for me
 
Jeez, any excuse for a day off work eh! what's the place coming to. Obviously not ill enough to sit and type out this post though. No sympathy here m8. :p
 
Accept the fact you're too ill to work, switch off and pamper yourself. All you need is strength of mind and it's logical :hug:.

Either that or totally disregard this post :shrug:

Stick the pizza in the fridge incase you feel like it for breakfast and good luck in your new job. Sometimes things are just meant to be the way they are:shrug:. If I were you I'd stay snug at home and only take the notes in when your all better. Look after yourself!

as i said keep your opinions to youself :) since this is my first job and I didnt know how they would react and stuff.. but its a food place so OBVS i can't go in because of it. Only came for advice because i wasnt sure.
