Mini Beirut kicked off again last night. (our street)

Woken at 2am by the first kick-off. (unrelated incident)

Second one started at 04:25 with next door but ones' 18 year old nutcase son kicking off in the street with his mother.

Off he went effing and jeffing with blood pouring from his hand booting the hell out of every unfortunate car that got in his way, kicking wing mirrors off and denting panels.

Rang the police who were there in 3 minutes and went out to watch them legging it up the street after him.
He ran back into his house and his mother wouldn't let the police in so they went in anyway if you know what I mean!

He threatened me as they were putting him in the car till the paddy wagon got there and tried to break loose to get at me.

I thought better of getting some shots of him

He's in the cells for the rest of today and in court in the morning.

well yesterday, our neighbour, who is normally a nice chap, came home drunk from the pub I guess as he was walking, he was in full England attire, complete with a flag cloak and blow up England baton, he was alone and shouting 'f**king fat b**ch!!!' which was quite alarming for this area I can tell you!! He knocked his front door loudly, hitting it with the baton (which didn't make too much noise but was done in an agressive fashion), he dropped his England party hat, then his keys, picked up one item then dropped another......I found it quite amusing when in the week he draped enormous flags over his shrubs and anywhere else he could drape them, but after his exhibition yesterday, I have lost my sense of humour, especially as he has two darling little children living in that house, I just hope he fell asleep when he got in......

Beer in...brains out. :cuckoo:

Well done Bachs.

We had something happen here aswell.

And this idiot spent most of the day intoxicating himself, before deciding to
go looking for someone to beat there brains out, in his car.

Folk just shouldn't drink on an empty head should they?

Can't blame it on the World Cup up here though :D

Incredibly, just 5 minutes ago, my 8 year old stepdaughter came in to tell us there was a man and woman fighting in the street.

I'm off to check the Lunar Calendar and may post some full moon shots later.

must be the hot weather...similar messing around here too!

i found out that my hostel window is on the 2nd floor above a nightclub so as well as hearing the bass through the floor you can hear them in the street outside, luckily i was nackered so i just slept and slept and slept!

I went to a BBQ at a mates last night. Around 10pm somone had an idea to go offroading in an old range rover that a mate has for such occasions! I didnt go, but 20 mins later we got a call from them saying they were stuck!

So, we took the other vehcile (Series 3 Landy with Stage 1 kit) to go their rescue. I was the only one who had driven a landy before, but I'd had too many Stellas! The only person who could sort-of drive it and was sober enough was a pregnant woman! Hmm. Fortunately, she had driven vans and tractors and all kind of stuff before! Anyway, I got in the back amongst all the pwerdrills and hacksaws that were lying about.... and off we went.

When we got there, they had managed to get unstuck by jacking the Rangie up, and working it loose that way. Then we all decided to take both vehicles for a few more offroad jaunts! The actual owner of the Landy who had previously been in the Rangie took over driving the Landy. The pregant woman took a seat in the Rangie and off we went - two vehicles both full of people, both with drivers who had had a few bombing it around the woods! Was so much fun!

On the way home, the driver of the landy took a 90-degree corner a little too fast - cue tyre squeel, the car leaving the road, and me getting thrown around in the back! If it had been any faster I think it may have rolled!

Awesome fun! :D

Think driving while intoxicated is a bit illegal/stupid. I aint even gonna start on doing that with a pregnant woman in the car.

And you know what scares me? You seem proud that you did it.

Awesome fun!
Always is until someone gets killed.

He says he had too many stellas so got in the back....
And the pregnant woman was the one who drove...

If you get in a car with a drunk driver, then you're as irresponsible as they are.

Got to agree with GFK on this one, this was dangerous and irresponsible particularly with a pregnant woman on board..

And if the Land Rover had hit a car coming the other way or a pedestrian I doubt it would have seemed like awesome fun. A momentary lapse of concentration due to having imbibed a bit too much can have devastating consequences for all involved.

Make alcohol illegal. Legalise cannabis. No more mindless violence, just stoned people laughing a lot and looking for munchies.
