Oh Poo!

as a kid when the rag & bone man went pass I was always sent out to pick up the horse manure :(

Returning to my theme, I guess you know that there is evidence that another reason for the rise in allergies is that we are no longer infested with roundworms at a young age. The suggestion is that roundworms evolved with us and "train" our immune systems not to reject them and that this makes said systems more effective against killer bacteria and less likely to respond to harmless bacteria and other allergens in the environment.

By the way, I find the amount of human faeces in parks and countryside more of a problem than dog sh1t.

Neighbour out by my parents used to let the dog out n it pooed many a times in our gate way, rubber gloves came out n we smeared it on the back of the pull door handle of the car! Window full of us laughing as the pooper opened his car door! He bagged it up ever since!

Now when you go through the beautiful areas you find small plastic bags full of dog s*** tied to the trees.

I hate that.

Saying that when going off-road and in the forest I don't tend to pick up his poo. Plenty of other animal s*** about anyway. But when in an area where he should be on the lead, I always pickup and carry it to an appropriate disposal location.

If folks looked where they were going instead of walking along texting etc, they'd maybe avoid stepping in dog s***
