Agree with what Fabs has said

Good stuff today, And I canne wait for tomorrows installment

Ah the pressure! :D Like the purple light in the top of the building on the right, fills that area of the photo well.

Thanks Marc :) It is quite photogenic at night time...didn't have my tripod though so couldn't do anything too 'out there' with long exposures etc!

I'm glad you noticed that....I didn't :D I was paying more attention to my bag, and not falling on my bottom!

very clever. And I love her smile.

Went for the typical touristy shot....had 3 people apologise and walk round me in the space of the 30 seconds it took to frame and take! I love my 1D ;)

It looks like she is holding the big wheel...

Sorry? I'm not quite with you? ;)

Day 015 of 365

Business cards. Time for a redesign. Ditched that nasty font a while ago on my website header..but I just can't commit to a new particular design, got 4 or 5 to decide from argh! Bit of a quiet day otherwise...confirmed two weddings which is nice though :D

I was 'told off' for disconnected hands once, I'm really sensitive to it now.

The picture becomes even funnier the more I look at it, after your comment!

Enjoying your 365 so far! Do you spend your life on trains? :)

Every damn day! Unless I don't leave the house....even then I might go for a random ride  They're the only place I get to sit down and think about my own things for a while!

Day 016 of 365

16_JU7F3364.jpg

Back to B&W for today! Not a portrait in the true sense of the word. But I decided to capture the beginning of the Friday peak rush hour...lots of people rushing back home for the weekend :)

I like it, it has a great sense of movement in the people, and the sharpness of the surroundings to me says that although time is rushing by it is also standing still.

...and the subway sign made me realise I was hungry! :D

Like that one

Kinda reminds me of "The Ghost Shift" on that episode of Doctor Who when the Cybermen came back from acros the void :D

I've wanted this shot for ages, kudos for managing it without a tripod, very impressive.

The version in my head has somebody standing still in the middle of the people rushing about. For why? I cannot say.

Thats a great shot purpleclouds even more impressive that you didn't use a tripod, did you have image stabilisation? either way I'm impressed well done

Sean

That's pretty impressive.

I must admit...I haven't a clue what you're on about

I can picture it....it'd look cool! You've got another 50 weeks so get out there!

Nope, Sigma 24-70 2.8! I did however, have a nice sturdy lamp post to lean against :) I was struggling to keep the shutter speed down...something like ISO 50, 1 sec and f13....roughly! Always the way isn't it...too much light when you don't want it, and not enough when you do! Thanks for the comment!

Day 017 of 365

Dropped. OK, maybe he wasn't....maybe it was just half time :p Not much to say about it, other than that I was photographing kids football today for work...early morning start but being back home for 1pm can't be bad :D

Day 018 of 365

I couldn't bring myself to raise a smile today...not even a wander round in the relative peacefulness of Astley Moss could revive my spirit. I don't even like the photo...but it'll have to do :(

I really like your photos, they are very expressive. The words you write to accompany them explain what they are but to be honest, your shots do that all by themselves.

I felt really sad looking at photo from today. *hugs*

As said purpleclouds a very expressive shot, sorry to hear your feeling down hope you have a better day tomorrow.

Day 019 of 365

19_JU7F4224.jpg

Wet wet wet! Well today I decided to go for another wander...and despite the extremely bad weather, I came home smiling! Got a great (or I think so anyway) shot of a long tailed tit so it was worth it :) The one thing that did manage to annoy me was the snow...3 times I tried to take my photo with it snowing, and each time I went to set up, it stopped!
