oh dear having probs with Silver Efex 2

I started using last night for first time in pse 11 all went well until I said ok process - then I got this - what have I done wrong?

phone nik support they are great, Zak was very helpful to me. My problems were due to wonky fonts in my mac and some permissions issues. SEP uses the gfx card for acceleration, unlike CEP2.
