Official TP Day 2012 Entries Thread

Here's my entry for TP Day. Taken on my way back from Anglesey to Leeds. The clock and a disappearing Sun was against me but I had my mind on these Groynes just off the A55.

Email with the image being sent.
Time taken was 18:49 -18:53 (2 minutes of exposure and 2 minutes of NR)

Hardly time or energy to take pics with the DSLR during the first year following Emma's birth. However that's all changed and now she regularly finds herself in front of the camera - to such an extent that she now tries to grab my D90 off me and look through the viewfinder and take shots herself.

Expect a thread asking for suggestions on a first DSLR for a 3yr old sometime in the next 365 days :bonk:

Taken at 15:45.
I managed to get a free hour out in the garden, so ended up with quite a few different things to choose from.
I went for this Viola in a ray of afternoon sun in the end though, not the best shot but I felt like it gave a feel for the time of day.

 
By pure serendipity I was at Bestival on 9th.

Spiritualized were rubbish by all accounts, but I got this:

EXIF says 22:22, but the camera's clock is about six minutes fast, so 22:16.

I'll ship the email with the full res shortly....
 
Dug this one out from last Sunday of my daughter in a brief moment of rest on the trampoline! Taken at 15:48

 
The usual from me, taken at a local lake, tp day, best of a 5 fish catch, common carp 23lb 10oz

somewhat belated entry - the machine with stitcher software on isnt working so i had to do this by hand in photoshop - 2 frames joined edge to edge, then a crop - shot at circa 5pm

Here's mine, I can't be 100% sure of the time but about 2:00pm, shot on a Lomo LC-A on Agfa Vista Plus 200, cross processed and scanned by CC Imaging and it combines two of my passions, old film cameras and old Volkswagens.

99% certain this was taken on the right day but can't be 100% sure about anything that week! Looks right and one from the 10th shows less blackenned eyes.
