office workers

i work in natwest, so same kinda thing (not a very active job)
i do all the pushing of the coin etc, then walk to and from a further tube station. then get home do my weights etc.
One main meal a day rather than having mcdonalds at lunch then a big dinner too!

Its not just biscuits at our place, we have a canteen and they do nice puds.

Ive had to join a diet club! I try to stay away from the canteen now, although I failed on Friday and they were doing donner kebabs.. sooo bad. Although I did have salad on it.

We do have a gym, but I cant get up early enough to go, and when home time comes, I cant wait to get out of the place.

I used to hate getting up in the mornings for work, since having a workout first thing in the morning, I find it very easy to get up at 4:00 am, even in the winter when it's dark. Quite a few people think I'm mad getting in the gym for 5:00 am or just before, but two other people have started doing the same as well now.

Tabbing while tabbing is a bit counterproductive but you're allowed to steam a little in cool weather.

Beware of giving them up though (however much of a filthy habit it may be!) - I put on rather a lot of weight when I did (almost 20 years ago) and it's still there. Mind you, having lost both parents in the past 2-3 years to smoking related illnesses, I'm not about to start again as a weight loss measure. Besides, the taxman gets too much of the cost for my liking!
