I would like to get a decent quality off camera TTL lead for Nikon of around 5m long. I would like straight one rather than a coled one and I am not worried about the additional focusing lights.

Does any one have a any recommendations or opinions.

What camera and flash is it? Unless you're using at least semi pro bodies and flash then you might have to look at alternative ways like CLS (which is ultimately a better route to go down).

With CLS on bodies like D90 up you can trigger from your body and the flash will pick it up.

Or, do what I did - buy a cheapy coiled lead, cut the coiled bit off it and put network cable plugs on the end. Got a couple of cat5 couplers on the two ends, and then you can just put whatever length cable in between.

OK, it only saved me around 20 quid with not getting yongnuo radio triggers, but I did have all the stuff lying around.

Thanks for the Flashzebra link, looks like it should do the job. Although I will also have a look at this,

I'm sure there's someone in the UK that does them as well, if I remember who it is I'll post a link

There an eBay trader in Scotland (I think) called Mad Mike, or something like that. I got a 5m TTL cable (for Sony) with a nice tilting flash shoe/mount for £15 a while back.
