OCF lighting setups/examples

Hi, I recently purchased 3 lights from flash in the pan and some triggers/receivers. I hope to get a soft box and umbrella soon but just wondering if someone could link me to some light position setups and examples? I'm hoping to base the Ocf for band press and promo shots. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

Yeah I know of that link. I was just seeing maybe if anyone knew of some videos or diagrams with example images etc

Some of the setup/ show us your lights groups on flickr have plenty of background info and setup diags
