Just spoken to the best customer service person ever!

I just checked my router settings as my internet was being AWFUL.

I usually get 16.4Mbps, the router settings showed 4Mbps

I rang up and explained the situation, I realised a noise of 33dB (usually about 7)

He reset the line, and it came back up to 16Mbps

I mentioned how it ALWAYS sits at 16.4Mbps.

He said, thats odd. let me just check something..

aahhhh... you were on our old premium package, I'll change it now.

So he did, I'm now getting 21Mbps :A:

I switched to O2 with my iPhone upgrade, rude not to when it's free for 12 months :D

Luckily haven't had to use the support line yet but during the transfer the communication was absolutely top notch :D
 
I have never had a bad customer service experince with 02, thats both with my Phone and my Broadband... They seriously employee the right people and not people in it for the weekend beer money like "Most" call centres do these days.
 
i must say, I've had a bad experience with the phone side before. They were very reluctant to replace my phone for a different model. It took a letter to their complaints service to get anywhere :(
