NX2 help?

A friend at work has been trying to install NX2 software onto his PC. Has any one had a problem installing the NX2 software onto a windows 8 pc. He has tried and it fails during installation. Does anyone have any pointers at all?

I am sorry but not able to give any tips but this question may be better in the Computers, Websites & Other Technology section.

I have windows 8 (Grrrr frustrating until you get used to it & get a start menu programme installed) and have the NX software installed without problem.

Hi Glen,

Are we talking View NX2 or Capture NX2? Either way, I suspect that your friend will have to download the very latest version from the Nikon web site.
