Discovered by standing in a pool of water on my kitchen floor.:(

Just a generalisation, of the amount of times that some people will join with multiple accounts when one is banned,
and then use proxy servers to hide behind ...
Some people think we are totally stupid...
 
So needed to print some documents out, pull them up in word, give them the once over, click on print.

Nothing happens, check and click on print again, still nothing happens.










Turning the printer on would have helped :oops: :$

Did you clear the print queue* before doing so, or have you now got two copies?


*If you're using the print spooler.
 
So I fancy fried chicken for dinner tonight

Things is do I just order take away or do I cook it myself?
 
You know when you buy something on the internet, and they tell you
"if you don't want to receive promotions and weekly up dates un check the box?"

Well I did just that, last night, first thing this morning, I got a "Promotional email"
That works well then :(
 
Just ordered something on Amazon and was offered same day delivery.

Lets see how this goes
 
The charred remains of the address label will be found floating in the Seine in about a month.
 
Tempting fate now, just ordered something else for delivery today as well
 
Well delivery of both items was supposed to be between 18:00 - 22:00

They both turned up at 18:20 so all good :)
 
Driving along an A road this morning, nothing in front of me and a couple or so lorries a few 100 yards behind,
Just as I got to a side turning ...
Yep you guessed it, white van man poodles out.
And being the every courteous knight of the road, he stuck a finger out the window, to say thanks..
Once I had finished praying to the deities that my van actually stopped, in time,
I gave a couple of quick headlight flashes in acknowledgement of his expert manoeuvre.

He then stopped in the middle of the road blocking traffic both ways ..
The on-coming artic had now stopped just in front of the van,
And the ( very large) driver was climbing out of his cab, I can only assume to ask if he was lost or broken down..
But it seems neither as White van man managed to manoeuvre around said artic and carry on his merry way ..
 
Did you catch it on dashcam? I'd have loved to have witnessed that. :LOL:
 
It is definitely getting a bit colder in the mornings here in Scotland, second morning in a row I have felt the need to put the heating on
 
I've resisted so far - but I don't know how long I can hold off

But sadly no, I don't have one, but that incident seriously made me think about it ;)
