Well, this has to be the most bizarre story I've seen in a while...

I've never heard of Soviet Union using nukes for that... plenty of other things (no, really, they did - go google it!) but never this!

As the article says though, I can't imagine Amerikans going along with a "Russian commie plot to nuke Florida"... :thinking:

Wait so oil prices are going down and have been since this happened. Why on earth are we paying more and more then.
