ntfs or fat32

I have a 250gig hard drive its a medion hard drive to go external.
At the moment it is in the NTFS format. I am going to use it for my photographic stuff, should I format it into a fat32 or leave it as the NTFS.

aye ntfs is far more stable. Unless you are using a mac then use fat32...

NTFS all the way mate, offers so many more options like file security.
